First, run to your nearest bathroom. Then, make sure there is toilet paper. Next, go poop poop. Last, flush, wipe, wash butt, wash hands.

is this a for real question??? You used up 5 points to ask this question.... If you are having problems going to the bathroom because you have constipation get yourself some laxatives or magisium citrate at the drug store or Walmart or Target. It is a little gross to take but it is a liquid sorta takes like a 7-up but mix it with a soda or something because it does have a little bit of a nasty tast to it.
Again.... why did you ask this question... and why did you put it in the mental health section????

If you are constipated, eat some soup. It really helps with constipations. For the future, try to balance your dieat, don't eat too much junk food but more veggies and take vitamin suplements. That is good to regulate your stool.

Place a cork in your butt, as you continue to fill your body with food, it will fill up until finally there will be no place else for the food to go so you will stop eating.

ask your mommy. if she's not there, ask another adult. if there's not another adult around, dial 9-1-1, you're obviously too young to be alone in the house. and get off the computer, there are bad people out there...BOO!!
