My bf loves me but so does his best friend. now i love them both too but i don't know what to do please help !!!!!!!!!!

Are you talking serious love affairs or infatuations? If it's infatuation, one or both will fade and solve your problem for you. If you're in a serious relationship with your boyfriend (which I kind of doubt) then a serious infatuation with someone else is probably a sign of problems in your primary relationship.
If you value integrity, you should put off the other guy and work on your relationship with your boyfriend. If it doesn't work out, wait a decent interval before getting more involved with the other guy.
