You have a brain, use it.

Do cons ever ask truly questions that would be resolved via debate? Or, do they only conceal Obama bashing as questions? Such as: Isn't Obama the worst President ever? Can you consider how dull Obama is? And, now Does Obama ever inform the reality? Similarly, you would see questions about Bush with the identical final result: Was Bush the worst President in historical past? Why did Bush lie such a lot? My factor is this isn't a truly query. It's a rant. Break it right down to smaller facets, cite examples of character disorders and begin a debate. For illustration, you would say: Yesterday, Obama stated X approximately obstacle Y. But, then he did anything else. What used to be his motivation? Without creating a factor, your query is needless. Sorry.

There are some who can tell you, but will you believe? If you really want to know the truth, God will lead you to it. I suggest starting a study of the Bible. But the chief issue for you will be to do what it says.

Psalm 111:10 -- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever.

Matthew 7:7 -- "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you."

Keep asking questions; but also seek the answers for yourself (so you'll know the truth from the many lies that people tell).

Within you is a perfect guide who will never lead you wrong. When you are able to listen to that inner feeling of peace and warmth, there is not a person on earth who is unable to teach you the truth.

As for your other questions:

You are a child of Heavenly Parents. You have infinite potential, unless you allow it to be otherwise.

This life is a place for you to develop divine attributes (faith, love, patience, creativity, intelligence, light, confidence, benevolence). Life is the place for you to learn how to be responsible and make choices for yourself, with consequences to follow. We are away from God for this very brief time, to learn how to act independently, and to earn God's eternal trust. We have power because we are alive.

The Creator of this Universe, as I have said, is our loving Heavenly Father, in whose image we have been created.

Reasons to believe that life is not all one big fat lie.... I can't give you the reason, but I can tell you where the reasons can be found... Within.

To help you find inner truth...
(1) Meditate/pray with your mind open to God. Trust his Love.
(2) See how this rings in your heart: http://www.mormon.org
(3) Experiment on the word: Alma 32: 26-24

I would tell you the truth as I know it to be, but some of your questions are not for me to answer for you.

--You have to decide who you are
--You have to decide what kind of life you want
--You have to discover about the creator of the universe for yourself (I "discovered" this by reading the bible and religious experiences)
--There are both truth and lies in every life (and that is the truth), but life is worth living to the fullest.

do not believe those who can tell you what "is". Search for yourself under the guidance of those who can tell you what THEY believe. If you meet the Buddha along the road, kill him. Wise men claiming Ultimate truth are very rarely what they claim. That is not to say that Truth is not out there, but your communion with the Divine must be a personal one - no human can intercede for you. In your quest for Truth, consider the following axiom: Every means is an end, and every end is a means, but every means is not necessarily the goal.

Your brain controls everything you do and everything you believe. your heart keeps you alive. Two simple functions right? Well don't listen to any of them!! lol It'll turn you insane. there are many problems in this world and only one of you. Do what you can that's all i can say. Surround yourself with positive things that wont make you believe life is a lie. If it was a lie why are you alive? you are who you are it's simple as that

Only you can tell you the truth! Everything else is just somebodies opinion of what the truth might be. Start listening to your own inner voice and ignore the whine of the masses.

God. Read His Word, and pray about it.

You are here for God's purposes and for His pleasure. I recommend you to rad Rick Warren's book " Purpose Driven Life ". It is about the subject " What on earth I am here for? "

The truth is the truth, not a popular vote. I believe Jesus Christ is the Truth.

I have a question(s) for you - an honest question: If you really want to know, have you searched? Who have you asked? Were they credible representatives of whatever sect you were looking into?
