There are three types of the greek word όμορφος (omorfos - pronouncing loud the first o), meaning 'beautiful', according to the genre and the number.

Singular
-------------
The beautiful male (he) is όμορφος (omorfos). The beautiful female (she) is όμορφη (omorfi). The beautiful thing (it) is όμορφο (omorfo).

Plural
---------
The beautiful males are όμορφοι (omorfi). The beautiful females όμορφες (omorfes). The beautiful things όμορφα (omorfa).

There are also some other synonyms, like oreos (pronouncing loud the "e", like in net), iperohos (pronouncing the same as oreos) etc.

In ancient Greece the word mainly used for beauty was κάλλος not ομορφιά. So I guess you are looking for κάλλιστος (m) καλλίστη (f). Nowadays Kallisti is still used as a name, while Kallistos was used as a name mainly in Byzantine Greece, when the word for beautiful was slowly replaced by εύμορφος, later έμορφος, till todays' όμορφος.

'Kalos' is the main Greek word for "beautiful." It is actually related to our English word "holy" even though the English word has a different meaning. Linguists call this kind of phenomenon when a word changes its meaning "semantic shift."

Kala Christouyenna! is "Merry Christmas!" in Greek. Literally, "Beautiful Christmas!"
