So im gonna buy a new 32inch tv and the only way to connect is by using the HDMI input... How?

Read the manual and you will be OK!
HDMI carries both audio and video so you need only one cable.

Comcast should be able to install the HDMI cable on their HD Cable box....

If you have the OLD Cable box, it needs to be upgraded with a new HD box.
