The guy I have my sights on in 37. I am 30. It does not seem like much but 7 years is a long time when you think of it. Should I go for it?

The guy I have my sights on in 37. You sound like a sniper getting ready to make a KILL SHOT??? Yes go for it cause age is only a number. does love have a color??? not for me so just go for it and see what happens.

No, the older you are the smaller the gap becomes.

For example... 40 and 47 sound a hell of a lot more reasonable than 14 and 21, but the number difference is the same.

not at all.
age is only a number,
but love is forever.

are you going to let age get in the middle of something that could possibly be love?
its not even a huge gap.
my grand parents weer married for 72 years and were 12 years apart.. they both indeed did live to be 104.

you should go for it. that is really not that big of an age difference at that age. good luck!

and to jenny j... the post before me.... are you kidding me?? being thirty and single means she missed her chance to get married? holy hell, sister, you must be what a whole 18 years of age? i would rather be 30 and single than 20 and a whore. which seems to be your path. wisely chosen for the simple minded.

In high school, that would be a huuuuuge gap. In your 30's, 7 years is no big deal.

well age doesnt matter. i know some couple that the age gap is really that big, the guy is 27 and the woman is 54. as long as you're happy with him, that's ok. it's just the age. when it comes to loving, we all have the same age :-)

That's nothing sweetie! Try 20 vs 30! Now that's what I'm workin' on. Go for it!

Go for it. If it's true love, age won't matter. Sounds a bit fairy tale-ish, but it's the truth. My grandparents were 8 years apart and lived just fine. They were separated only by death.

come on....you know that if you really like someone you would not care about such thing as age difference ,even if he was 2o years older than you....but i think man being 7 years older is not only a problem ,but a very good thing.
