Look at all these "answers"...LOL! How could a little question spark SO MUCH angst? It must have struck a spiritual nerve. And from the nature of the responses it appears Atheists are not as as secure in their world view as they claim. This confirms just how much the world needs to hear and accept the gospel of Jesus Christ. I encourage everyone to put your trust and faith in Him today because only then will you find forgiveness, true inner peace from your angst, and the capacity to respond in love. Blessings to you!

You can always reconsider... I did and haven't regreted it for a moment. ..Hey, I wouldn't be a diligent Christian if I didn't throw it out... I want to share what I have found. Honestly.

1. Pascal's Wager is a false dichotomy which assumes belief is rewarded and disbelief is punished. What if God punished believers? What if it's the Muslim God and both Christians and atheists are punished equally? Are you supposed to chose the one who will reward you the most or punish you the most? There are infinite possibilities.
2. Pascal's Wager assumes beliefs can be easily changed, but a mere *threat* isn't a good reason for belief and is actually a good reason for disbelief. After all, no one threatens you if say the Sun is purple instead of yellow. Maybe it warrants a vision test or a dunce cap but certainly not damnation, and it certainly is not a litmus test for morality.
3. Pascal's Wager makes God into the Godfather: "I'm gonna make you an offer you can't refuse." Goons, protection money, the whole shebang. A being who will stoop to that type of thuggishness does not endear worship and praise.

That is not the right way of presenting God to an Atheist. You don't use the words "right" or "wrong",that is an insult and shows your stupidity.Lets face it,all Christians can't even agree who God is, and you are trying to prove God to a non-believer. Can you see how ridiculous you look to Atheists.

Atheist is definitely wrong about God. The universe is so beautiful and complex to exist just like that (the big bang theory according to them).
Then for whom who believe in God, what if you're wrong about your God?

It would be better to just let a Person believe what they want.
Make them aware of your belief, then leave it at that, then if the day comes to where they want to join your faith then you should let them know all you know about the faith, otherwise let it be, and do not say things like What if your wrong? otherwise your inviting a insult and just pushing them.

When I die, I will reach a spot where I see GOD, infact lots of them. Fighting each other, pitting their supporters against each other. And am very glad I am none of these nonsense. Just joking.
Real GOD will value you thru your actions and beliefs. Not who you support or do you really feel that god are that small.

Then I won't be in heaven with a bunch of narrow minded bigots who are too enthralled with themselves to care about anything else. So I guess I'll win either way.

Uh, if I'm wrong about God? Then I'll go to hell when I die, and suffer there for eternity. Isn't that what the Bible says?
What a silly question.

Religious persons...what id YOU'RE wrong about God?
Actually, that was just a phrase to prove a point.
Honestly I believe that each person should believe in God (or not believe in God) however much they see properly. If it is what that person believes, it is right for that person.
