I would rather there be the surprise of no God than the surprise of there being a God and all I can say is I didn't believe.

And just as you can say christians are in denial... christians could say the same about others. No reason to point fingers on either end. Wouldn't you agree?

Weird question. How should we have a spiritual form without God existence? Who create the spirit? It cannot exist just like that.

This know that in the last days perilous times shall come , for men shall be lovers of themselves , covetous ,
boasters , proud , blasphemers , disobedient to parents , unthankful , unholy , without natural affection ,
trucebreakers , false accusers , incontinent , fierce , despisers of those that are good , traitors , heady ,
high-minded , lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God , having a form of godliness but denying the power
of it ; from such turn away . For this of this sort are they who creep into houses and lead captive silly women
laden with sins , led away with various lusts , ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth

I'd still be a spirit and would get to roam around, seeing what's going on.

I'd go to all the beautiful places I always wanted to see. I'd go to beaches.

I'd ride on scary roller coaster rides.
I'd go see what the rich and famous's lives were really like.

I'd get to travel expense free.

Is this the kind of answer you wanted?
I hope so.

I would rather die believing in God and then find out that he wasn't real than die not believing in God and finding out that He is real.

My way, I have a nice short life followed by what....nothing, disappointment, who knows.

The other way, you might have a nicer life than mine in the way of earthly desires, but there would be that eternity in Hell.

It's either both or none....there has to be *some* God/gods if there was a spiritual realm.

Then, you would be in the form of a spiritual being. Your question answers itself.

There are too many "ifs" in that question. It's not an if, because that is not what happens. There is a God.

well...that would just be a huge blow to like half our society.
people would probably regret worrying so much about not being sinful.

your question just made me laugh.
so so dramatic
it belongs with some movie music or something

well I prefer living as if God exists, and when I die find out that it was bullshit, than live like if God does not exist and when I die find out that He was real!!!
