The word "fearfully," in this case, means "awesomely" and wonderfully made. The translators didn't do so well in picking this definition for the original word used.
Psalm 139:14 "I will praise thee; for I am fearfully3372 and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well."

After all, we know that God does not want us to be afraid of Him.

Fearfully is about being afraid of God (or ugly). It may help to explain the "Fear of the Lord" idea found in the Bible. It doesn't mean we should fear God, but that we should give him the respect due the awful (awe-full) majesty and power he possesses. In the same way, man, above any other creature, has free will, a superior intelligence, and is capable of becoming more than just a smart animal. Therefore, the human race is also majestic and powerful, and worthy of respect.

In Elizabethian English they used fear like we use awe. So if we are fearfully and wonderfully made in modern English would be awesomely and wonderfully made.

I think "fearfully" is meant to connote that the act was one of awe. It was "awesome". Awe is sometimes loosely translated as fear.

Back when that was written, fear meant 'to respect'
Respectfully, your body comes into the world without defect in spirituality, by the power of the Creator.

Fearfully because the Devil/Satan is afraid of you- that is, your potential. "Wonderfully" should be obvious-
you
are
wonderful!!!

It simply means that we are wonderful creatures, but we fear things, which drives us to hesitate and think things over. Whereas animals in the wild never hesitate and are fearless.
In a way fear is our greatest strength and weakness.

It means God created us special and just like him
we are Gods yet we die as men
our minds only use one tenth of its potential
what if Adam and Eve had never sinned against God and humanity
we would have its full potential
we are creators just like him
