My all time favorite fight scene is in the movie "Who Am I." I think it came out in the late 90s, maybe 1998. It's the scene near the end when Jackie Chan is fighting 2 guys on the roof of a skyscraper. 1st he fights one, then the other and then both together. They each have very different fighting styles and there are a lot of obstacles that play into the fight.

My old MA movie fight scene favorites in chronological order were:
1. Bruce Lee vs Chuck Norris in "Way of the Dragon"
2. Jacky Chan vs Benny "The Jet" Urquidez" in "Wheels on Meals"
3. Jackie Chan vs everyone in "Police Story"
4. Jet Li vs Billy Chow in "Fist of Legend"
5. Donnie Yen vs Samo Hung in "SPL"
But my new all time fave is the climactic fight of Stephen Chow "The Kung Fu Genius" vs Bolo Yeung as "The most dangerous man in the world"(minus some hair and muscles) in "Kung Fu Hustle", it may not be realistic, but it sure is funny as hell : P

"Hard Times" aka. "Streetfighter" (1975) has some of the best fight sequences ever I first saw "Hard Times" when it was "Streetfighter". Ever since then I would have to say that it still is my favourite Movie, mainly because of the character that Charles Bronson portrays. The Movie basically begins with Bronson (Chaney) stepping of a freight train. If you study his face before he steps of the train you can basically see the hard if not troubled life he has lived up to that moment. One wonders how many of these situations that is about to confront him, has he already been through. Throughout the film Bronson portrays a loner who knows what he has to do and he does it with style. Strother Martin is perfectly casted as Poe, Chaneys mender, although most of the time Poe is never required. The fight scenes are brilliant and can be watched time and time again, mainly due to Chaneys style, confidence and skill. The last two fights really show his skill, not only as a hitter but as a blocker and tactical fighter. The final match-up draws out to be a fight of complete tactics with many moments of respect shown between the two fighters. If you ever get the chance to see this film, go for it, it is a movie classic.

I will have to go with the classic fight scene between Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris in the Roman Coliseum. It was very well choreographed, and it showed the respect they had for each other;s characters even though "Colt" was paid to kill Lee's character. That very faint smile Norris gives Lee, and the "no" nod Lee gives back is classic. And the honorable/respectful way the Lee lays Norris's GI on him at the end.
That fight truly epitomizes the spirit of martial arts, and shows that respect and honor is what the martial arts are all about.

It's not exactly a martial arts film, but I think the duel from Sanjuro is pretty badass:

And since I know everyone else will be referencing eastern martial arts, I'll submit a great western fencing scene for your consideration (from Le Bossu):

My final vote would be for the train scene from The Hunted. Unfortunately, no one has posted the whole thing on YouTube, so you'll have to rent the movie if you want to see it.
