A1. eyes, blue are perfect, A2 face, can be very pretty sometimes.
B. The face is the first thing I look at. It shows how well maintained she is.
C. I would be very happy if a girl asked me out. It is unnatural but I would be ok with it.

From a distance, hair, clothes, and figure are noticable.
Closer, you can see the face & smile.
Close enough to talk, or at least listen to her talk to others, and you get an idea about smarts, personality, and sense of humor. Even an "Ugly Betty" can be very attractive if she scores well on those.
Her asking you out only kills the moment if you don't want to go out with her. Then it's awkward. If you do want to date her, then it's a compliment.

c. The girl needs to be able to make you want them enough that they dont need to ask you. The girl should be more clever, they should never have to ask the guy. Definitely kills the mood. The thrill of being the man and getting the girl makes it all that much better.

b. if they're loud walking in. Just the appearance that she doesn't care that people are looking at her, even though she really does, she just keeps walking.
