Yes it is bad! There is too many people in the world and you probably don't have a huge amount of people in your family. If they started dating and it doesn't work out he will have to see her for the rest of his life and you don't want the family knowing personal stuff.

It depends if by cousin-in-law you mean someone who is married to your cousin, it will be a big problem. If by cousin in law you mean someone who is a cousin by marriage, he may be OK.

the law does accept cousins seeing each other and even them having sex.when the families find out it will be a lot different though!

i don't think that it is against the law, but it might be awkward if they hook up or become together. also it's like your 5th cousin, which is barely realted at all. so i guess you should talk to him about it or your parents. they will know the answer.
