P.S. I am quite sure that i like him and i know i cantstop thinking about him but i still am not positive so if you have advice i would like it PLEASE!

P.P.S. he was my sister's boyfriend's brother but when my sister and his brother broke up even though our family used to be close now i never see him but i see his sister and mom all the time at school (his mom drives the bus i take on mondays and his sister goes to my school but he is a year older than me and i am at the top grade of my school)

Ummm.....tell him to call you or ask if you can hang out with him. If you think you like him, you probably do and there's no reason not to hang out with him. If he wont hang out with you, then just give up. There are lotsss of other guys. And, not to be cynical but if you break his heart, and thats a big if, he'll eventually get over it. If you date a guy you dont like, you might be emotionally scarred. Just hang out wiht him, only way to find out.

well usually if you have a strong feeling toward someone you feel a connection, chemistry, or shyness. Sometimes with shyness being shy can shoe your feelings. It seems if you feel you like him online you may just be shy and you may like them for their personality, which is a good thing. However maybe you're not feeling a huge amount of chemistry if you get what I'm saying. If it turns out you don't like him in that sense it's ok because you wont ruin your friendship because, lets say if it doesn't work out you may come back to being friends or show distance for a while. Overall if you think you like him it may just be a start of it growing and you'll know more in time, but you may just be flattered he likes you back.

just be friends for now. I am not sure what you mean by not being able to hang out with him unless it is just someone you know from the internet and that is more reason so just be friends.until the day comes when you can hang out together and see how that goes.
