You might try calling an independent Christian church. They are so big on baptism, many of them will baptize people at any time, even at night. The scriptures don't say anything about getting baptized on a Sunday morning with a congregation watching. But it does say that as soon as someone confessed Christ, they were 'immediately' baptized.
Our church baptizes folks anytime they want to. If you call a local Christian church pastor, you may find he will do it for you in private at your convenience. The baptistry is usually always filled with water.

No one has ever feared water more than me...I almost drowned when I was small....but when I started walking toward that water,,,I kept my mind on Jesus and there was not one iota of fear...I was baptized in a river,,,below my house, the Jordon river : ),,,late one night after a revival...the moon was shining and the stars..I though I would be to afraid but I wasn't...God just took over and I had perfect peace about it all.....and when I came up,,,I felt new and clean and reborn....
You can do it...I promise you, God will take over....the angels will be clapping their hands for you.. the whole host of God will be there with you....Now, go do it and don't worry.

are you thinking that all those people will be thinking about how fat you are while you are getting baptized?
Who cares?
I have the opposite problem, and I'm probably just as reluctant as you are to take off my shirt in public. If you've decided that you want to be baptized, then don't let your fears of what others may think of your appearance stop you.

Remember you are pleasing to God. Fear does not come from God it is a strategy from Satan to keep you off that stage so you won't get baptized. Be aware of the ways in which Satan works, Satan will discourage you in any way possible to keep you from glorifying God and your baptism surely will. So ignore those things Satan tells you and get up there and hold your head up high you are a child of God.

Aww - that's too bad. Baptism isn't supposed to be about being afraid and stressed out, but it is really important.
Can you ask your pastor to baptize you somewhere else, or not in front of the congregation? I'm sure he would understand your issue if you explained it.
It's not bad -- you just have some feelings and fears about something -- don't be so hard on yourself.

God isn't ashamed of you; He's proud of you. He doesn't care how much you weigh and if anyone else does that's there problem.
I know its hard to do somethings when you know everyone's watching, but some times we just have to do things afraid.
Once you do, the fear no longer has power over you.

If this is what you want, then I urge you to do it. There's not going to be a perfect body in that group - you can count on it! Many churches have baptistries that are "sunken," and you walk down into them. Either way, I honestly don't think anybody will care about your weight.

God does not judge you by the way you appear. If it is really something you want to do, put God before your fear, ask him to take it away. If it will help, let a friend know how you feel and ask them to walk with you. God Bless.

Many churches will allow you to do it in a more private setting for people who have stage fright, etc., as long as there is a sufficient number of witnesses, it need not be the entire congregation.
