"Tiempo" is the most common Spanish word for "time." How ever if you say: What "time" is it? "Time" means in Spanish "Hora" the Spanish word for "Hour". I hope that help you.

"hora" actually means "hour"
Spanish for time is "tiempo"
In French it's "temp"
But both those words also mean weather.
