A Ford dealer or a junk yard. Not sure of the cost but you can bet it will beat least a couple hundred new plus labor. It's a fairly big job to do if you have never done it before as you have to loosen the front suspension some to get the new arms and bushings in place.

Salvage yard -you can probaly find somebody near you selling used pars, and having a listing you can check out on internet! You can get an idea of what it will cost there, Or phone an auto supoly store and find out what new ones cost! Dealership parts wil lbe higher!, but remember you still have to have somebody put it on for you! Although it is not a hard job, I assume you don't know much about mechanics,- or you would know where to find part and how to get price! If you go to an auto parts supply store, you can buy a "Haines Auto Repair manual", which will tell you how to do the job, and there are a lot of other things you can find out about there also! If you can only do part of your repairs reading this book it will be well worth the price, - it will cost much less than one hour of your garage mechanics service charge!!
