hi everyone! i'm looking for song lyrics to a simple (and not so long) christmas song in English, French, and at least one other language...my class is singing a melody of holiday songs, and i would like to include them in different languages. it would be AWESOME if that last language was Chinese (pin yin please).

i just want the same song in different languages.

thanks!

"Jingle Bells in French"
Vive le vent (live the wind)

Vive le vent, vive le vent,
(live the wind, live the wind)

Vive le vent d'hiver,
(live the winter wind)

Qui s'en va sifflant, soufflant
(which goes whistling, blowing)

Dans les grands sapins verts.

Oh !

First of all, if you consult the web site below,
you can find "Silent Night" in over 60 languages!
Myself, I like to sing the first verse in 4 languages.
I also have a favorite carol called "La virgen lava pañales"
(The virgin is washing swaddling clothes) which
has a lovely melody. (It's Spanish).
It goes as follows
La virgen lava pañales
y los tiende en el romero.
Y los pajarillos cantan
despúes del aguacero.
CORO:
Pastores llegad
Pastores venid
adorar al niño
adorar al niño
que ha nacido ya.

El niño se ha perdido
y todos lo andan buscando
y a la orilla del mar
todos se van pescando.
CORO
Pastores vienen adorar al niño
que ha nacido ya.
Hope that helps a bit!

hmm... i would give you something in polish, but it would be too hard. its a complicated language. you wouldnt get how to pronounce it. oh well, ill give it a shot. okay. this is to the exact same tune as silent night. im writing it as it is pronounced, not how its actually written.

Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer, had a very shiny nose
And if you ever saw it, you would even say it glows
All of the other reindeer used to laugh and call him names
They never let poor Rudolph join any reindeer games

Then, one foggy Christmas Eve,
Santa came to say,
"Rudolph, with your nose so bright,
Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?"

All of the reindeer loved him,
As they shouted out with glee
Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer,
You'll go down in history

You'll go down in history
