First offense, probably probation, a fine, and some community service.
It's good that you are scared. Let it be a lesson to you.
Time to make some new friends and get away from people that do stupid stuff like that.
How would you feel if someone had done that to your mother or your sister?

Geeezus. What's this world coming to? Sexual harrassment on this noise? Since you are a minor, and this is clearly not a sexual act, I wouldnt worry about long term effects on your life. Sure you guys were idiots to do this to the girl, but I think her parents are idiots for having you arrested. A strong punishment by your respective parents would have been more than sufficient in my opinion. I think it's time to tear everything down with this political correctness garbage and start over. But that's just me.
You'll have to face the music. In court. In a juvy criminal matter. For poking a girl with a water bottle. Let that be a lesson to you.
GEEEEEZUS.

Juvenile or not, you should be asking yourself what kind of a person you are for not shattering your friends ribs for what he did. Standing up for the weaker person... On that note, the weaker person might be you!!
You really need to think long and hard about whom you are calling your friends. Better yet, you may want to investigate the reason why you are calling someone like this your friend.
I hope her dad doesn't get his hands on you!

You are both responsible for your actions. And why you are worrying so much about your friend...think about the victim for a change....how long will she have to live with your crime?
