Probably not, because they always say you "may" get results, they never gaurantee them..sorry. Looks like your just another sucker who got ripped off....

no you cant im sure if you read the packaging it would say something about varied results (or something with the same meaning), this there to protect them. if you want your teeth whitened go get it done at the dentist, i know this is expensive but its really the only sure thing

well, think about it. Mayb it aint the problem with Listerine mayb its the problem with ur teeth cuz ur teeth cant adapt to Listerine and therefore there's no progress at all? Try out other dental products instead it should help

In this country, you can sue for anything. but It doesn't mean that you'll win anything. In this case, there was no contract and there was no damage to you. You can try to sue, but you'll be wasting your time.
