Probably not, because they always say you "may" get results, they never gaurantee them..sorry. Looks like your just another sucker who got ripped off....

no you cant im sure if you read the packaging it would say something about varied results (or something with the same meaning), this there to protect them. if you want your teeth whitened go get it done at the dentist, i know this is expensive but its really the only sure thing

It would make as much sense as the woman that tried to sue the makers of laughy taffy b/c the yellow ones were too chewy.

well, think about it. Mayb it aint the problem with Listerine mayb its the problem with ur teeth cuz ur teeth cant adapt to Listerine and therefore there's no progress at all? Try out other dental products instead it should help

You can sue anyone you want. but you won't win, so why bother. They probably say somewhere on the box, "results may vary". the fine print will always get you!

don't waste your time sueing them, you may be in the media being ridiculed by the media. just spread the word about it being a bad product, no one else should have to suffer.

Call the 800 number on the box. Nobody ever calls those and they always give you some freebie.

In this country, you can sue for anything. but It doesn't mean that you'll win anything. In this case, there was no contract and there was no damage to you. You can try to sue, but you'll be wasting your time.
