I all of a sudden do not have an appetite, I don't feel sick, I'm a little depressed which is unusual for me. Could that be the reason? Just went to the Doctors, blood works perfect....

how "little" depressed are you? peoples appetite usually goes up or down when they are depressed.....consider yourself lucky for one thing that your appetite goes down. For now, take your mind off things, by going to a movie or doing something you really enjoy......that will combat your depression and your appetite should come back....in the mean time, make sure you at least take some vitamins and eat fruit if you can....that will help you from getting sick or sicker. Good luck

I wish I didnt have an appetite. I always have a ravenous appetite especially during the holidays when I get so depressed every single year.
Maybe its the holidays giving you anxiety and sucking away your appetite.
