If your urine DIDN'T have bilirubin, it would be a problem. It's an enzyme produced by the liver. The level of bilirubin in your blood can give your doctor an idea of how your liver is functioning.

Bilirubin is a product that results from the breakdown of hemoglobin. Total and direct bilirubin are usually measured to screen for or to monitor liver or gallbladder problems.
Drugs that can increase bilirubin measurements include allopurinol, anabolic steroids, some antibiotics, antimalaria medications, azathioprine, chlorpropamide, cholinergics, codeine, diuretics, epinephrine, meperidine, methotrexate, methyldopa, MAO inhibitors, morphine, nicotinic acid, oral contraceptives, phenothiazines, quinidine, rifampin, salicylates, steroids, sulfonamides, and theophylline.

Gall stones. You must be a little jaundiced.
Your urine should not have bilirubin in it. The level should be 0. If your pumping bilirubin out in your urine, that means its not going out thru your bowels where it is supposed to be.
Its a waste product that comes out in poop, not urine. I am curious as to whether you have been running a fever.
