Your English is atrocious. There were more than 2 dozen colonies; most people, who are too lazy to read, believe there were only 13 colonies. Massachusetts, New York, et al, were called "New England". After all, the Netherlanders called their Colony (now part of New York City) New Holland. Germans in Virginia settle Germannia (14 of them were my ancestors); Germans in Pennsylvania settled in Germantown (also ancestors), and so on and so forth.
Get some good history books from your local library (or check on line) and you will be amazed about the Colonies. We even had one established in what is now Canada; the Puritans (3 of the 102 passengers were my ancestors) , after establishing Plymouth Colony (taken over by the Stangers and it became part of Massachusetts Bay Colony) went north, founding colonies in Maine and Canada.

Well the 13 colonies became 13 states and they called the country the United States, so that is much more fitting than New England

There were thirteen original colonies. They are still referred to as New England. The flag represents the thirteen original colonies with the stripes and the stars represent all fifty states.
I suppose our forefathers wanted to unify the states by calling it the United States of America. We were not very happy with England at that time so I am sure England was never discussed as a name for the country.

Well, my ancestors who came to Pennsylvania in the 1600s from Germany might not have agreed w/ new england, there was a debate about language, German or English, to begin with. (English won, by the way.)
And don't even ask the opinion of those in Louisiana. Or Alaska. Or Hawaii. Mind you, they weren't ours, yet.

MK, yeah, maybe, but someone took over the land of all the natives, everywhere. They aren't fleeing from here, anyhow.

Your question makes no sense. There were colonies in America before the establishment of the United States - 13 of them and they were called New England. You didn't know that?

The Native Americans were introduced to new animals that didn't exist before the Europeans like horses,or cattle. They also didn't understand the concept of deeds or written contracts showing ownership or the concept of money.

What is now the U.S. was once owned by England, Spain, France, and Russia. Hawaii was once its own independent nation.

I don't think the Native Americans of the time had the same concept of propriety and ownership that we do today.
But that being said... they couldn't have stopped the tidal wave that was coming.
