13 Lb is rather large for a tenderloin, sounds more like a loin. Slight difference. I have smoked them many times and mine do not come out dry. I brine mine overnight before smoking. For that size, at about 220-240 deg. would take about 6 hours. I actually only have a lot of smoke the first two hours though otherwise can get too smoky. The loin is naturally tender so does not need as long as some other cuts.

I wouldn't recommend a pork loin for smoking, they don't turn out very well. They usually end up to dry. Bake the loin. If you want to smoke something try a shoulder roast or anything with more fat.
