Cook the turkey according to the directions on the bag it came in. I like to salt and pepper my turkey and put some olive oil all over it, so it browns nicely and stuff it if you would like Make sure you cover the turkey with foil or put it in a cooking bag and follow the directions on the cooking bag box.
The turkey makes its own broth as you are cooking it, You do not add broth to a turkey. When your turkey is finished cooking, pour the broth out of the bottom of the turkey pan and make gravy or whatever you want with it. Sometimes I freeze it for use at a later date or whip up a gravy dish full of gravy by adding flour to the broth.
You can make the stuffing out a canned or boxed chicken broth if you like and stuff the turkey before you put it in the oven to cook. Then when the turky is finished cooking. scoop the dressing out of the cavity and put it in a bowl to serve it.
Read the directions on the turkey bag and the box of dressing. This is all you really need. You can add things to the stuffing such as apples, walnuts raisins etc to juice it up.
I am serious when I say read the directions on the box. You will do good.
Happy thanksgiving.

Also you can serve chicken broth as a course consisting of soup separately and vegetables can be added for flavor and cooked in your broth.

The giblets are in the turkey. Boil them along with two or three pork chops for about an hour.
Strip the meat off the neck bone and chop it all including the pork chops and other giblets very fine.
Chop two stalks of celery and a small white onion very fine as well.
Rub butter on the turkey and set your oven at 350 degrees.
Boil the broth as well in a seperate sauce pan.
In a large mixing bowl mix the giblet meat along with onions, celery, and broth along with stuffing.
Mix very well. You will be stuffing the bird but don't pack it in tightly. The stuffing will expand in the cavity with the heat.
Bake it with the breast meat facing down to make the meat juicy and tender.
Follow the instructions that come with the turkey. So many minutes for each pound.

Okay, first of all make your own stuffing the night before by toasting bread in the oven along with some diced celery and salt and pepper to taste. Bind it together with some chicken stock or water and a little butter. NEVER PUT THE STUFFING IN THE BIRD THE NIGHT BEFORE! It is a breeding ground for bacteria. Put the stuffing in the turkey only a few minutes before puting it in the oven at about 225 F. for about three hours. You shouldn't need to add anything to the turkey besides butter and salt and pepper. Baste it in its own juices with a laddle or turkey baster. Before cooking, remember to remove the gizzard, giblets and heart from the inside. You can use these extra parts to make a tasty gravy.

Happy Cooking!

Get your rolls waiting and that they circulate in the oven as quickly simply by fact the poultry comes out and could be achieved whilst the poultry is decrease and on the serving plate. Do up your cramberries into dishes and have them waiting in the refridgerator and get the pies precut as properly. All quite cake which would be achieved and all waiting to be served on time.
