it is pronounce TUR ducken not turd ucken! Thanks for a laugh I needed one!
It is Duck Breast (only)
Stuffed inside a deboned and stuffed chicken:
Which is stuffed inside a turkey and pack with dressing.
In spite of the name its OKAY I would not serve it twice (too EXPENSIVE).

Maybe it needs to be duckturken....
The letters are formed that way cause of the size of the birds involved.
Turkey, duck, chicken
