ok intelligent scientist types ... help me out here
are there any theories on how matter originated in the first place
can energy come from nowwhere ?
this is merely for my own curiousity and trying to understand the universe
and to help me out with my beliefs

I feel like nobody has really answered the question. People have pointed to The Big Bang theory and M-theory and Zero Point Energy, but I really don't think any of those answer your question. First, I should point out that I might say "energy" instead of matter. According to Einstein, matter is just a form of latent energy.
There actually isn't an answer to the question, but that's because the question is based on a flawed assumption. It assumes that the universe was empty at some time. Modern scientific theories say that the universe was never empty, even "before" the existence of time. (Before here means before in causation, not before in time.)
Essentially, the idea is that, since matter and energy cannot be created or destroyed, they must have always existed. The Big Bang does not explain the creation of matter. It explains the expansion of space and time around the matter, which gave it the freedom to move in space and time. (That's why, before the big bang, the concept of time was irrelevant. There was no time other than the "present" to move into because the dimension was so small.)
So the basic idea is that modern science says that matter always existed. Asking how matter was "originally" created doesn't make sense, because the energy from which matter was formed has always existed in one form or another.

Everything in this world is created from sound with the help of light. What you see today is all from sound?
I want all my fans to please carefully read this. I am sure it would be one of your life time experience.
Let is see how everything in this world is created by sound.
When square of light hits the mass, mass disappears and releases energy. We see it as formula and forget it. But what we don’t understand is that every solid particle in this world can disappear releasing energy. Imagine even earth can disappear releasing energy.
Energy can be stored or used effectively. Using the same energy we have the formula for work done
When energy is used in the form force on an object, that object moves from point a to point b. We say work is done and energy is used.
But as per Sir Isaac Newton,
“Energy can neither be created nor destroyed but can change from one form to another form”
After work is done, if the object is place over another, it would release Heat energy due to friction. But assuming that it is not colliding with any other object, it released sound.
Definition of sound says :
Any sound we hear for sometime and then disappears. Humans perceive sound by the sense of hearing with some frequency only.
Likewise sound energy released during work done is heard for soemtime and then it is gone. Where this sound goes. Actually the sound merges with the unversal sound which we don’t hear.
It is the same sound with the same formula converts Sound to Mass with the same squre of light speed.
This completes the whole cycle. So you can say that everything in this world is crated from sound with the help of light.
Albert Einstein's equation E = m c2.
E : Total energy released, M : Mass, c2 : Square of light
Work done formula:
W = Fs
W= Work done F = Force s =object is moved through a distance.

The best explanation so far can be found in books by Chemist, William Day. Do a google search. He explains the process of matter evolving out of photons. His article, Holistic Physics, is especially interesting.

As an intelligent scientist type, I can tell you one thing with absolute certainty. Astrophysicists will spout endless nonsense, without any credible evidence in order to secure research grants.
Energy can't come from nowhere, but things can jump about in space, they don't have to move in straight lines. Scientists are still sturggling to define what time is and the possibility of other dimensions confuses things further.

Last answer from me! Dearest Pangel!
Consciousness being developed.
Dark, rubbing or conflicting with light.
From within the original darkness there emerged light.
When the original creative force, gained clarity or pure consciousness, all the darkness was discarded.
When the darkness was discarded there was a large amount of friction exchanged. This friction gave birth to what we know as energy. This energy thus created what we call matter. Within this substance called matter there came forth a bi-product known to us as physical form. We are that form, yet we are more than that physical form because the Creator placed a ray of pure light within us all. This ray of pure light within man is known by man as the "Soul".
These answers are all within man.
Man must search for these answers and locate them instead of being told.
This is a very shortened version!
"May your heart always be filled with this light."
((Peace be always with you.))

Expand and contract (collapse, if you will). Some scientists believe all matter in the universe collapses into a singularity so dense that it has no where else to go but outward into another big bang. They believe the universe has always done this.
Can you see the simple beauty in that? Is God contained in that singularity? I don't think so, but it's fun to ponder. Can you imagine the amount of perpetual energy involved in that sort of thing?

There are things called vacuum fluctuations, and there is a theory that the universe came into existence as a result of one huge vacuum fluctuation, but that is just a fancy way of saying that something came into existence out of nothing.

I have a theory based on consciousness and the unimaginable scope of existence, but it always meets with scorn. I don't have a reason to explain it. No one would entertain such thoughts! Would you consider that we are but the smallest part of a self aware infinity?

I don't think there is a theory that explain the origination of matter and energy. Big Bang theory is predicated on matter and energy already existing prior to the event that led to the expansion of the Universe.
I don't believe that humanity will ever gain an understanding of this.

the human mind is incapable of picturing nothing.
so, as yet, we do not understand what was here before the big bang. but, with a bit of luck, we will evolve to have even larger brains and figure this out.
