While her friends may have been correct in relating her feelings about you, I feel it is not enough for you to go on; especially since her actions seem to suggest otherwise.I suspect this girl already knows where you're coming from and what your intentions and motives are, and is trying to send you a subtle signal that she might not be interested. My advise would be to hang back and loose for a little while and watch how she reacts. If she asks why she has not heard from you or begins to explain why she was unable to talk to you during your calls to her, that may be a sign of her interest. The end of the holiday should make matters more clearer for you. Be patient.

friends dont usually lie about
who there friends like.... i bet she
really does like you.. she just might be
a bit nervous.. maybe she thinks you
dont like her.. and she's afraid to mess
up talking to you on the phone! i say dont give up!!!
keep calling.. but no more than once a day..
you dont want to sound desperate.. or obsessed!
oh and i wouldn't call her tomorrow..
because thanksgiving is a big family holiday..
she might be really busy.. and who knows..
maybe she didn't call you this whole time
because she had family over for the holidays..
or was helping out in the kitchen.. look at the
positive possibilites.. not the negatives!!!!!
well... good luck! i hope she likes you!!!
and i hope my advice helped some :)

this is the same problem with my guy friend. usually if he or she doesn't pick up it's cause they are busy or ran out of minutes. perhaps she is just doing other things. give her some time but don't look like your desperate..let her come 2 u. if she is interested she will call u, tell her 2 meet u in person again

If you call too much you will begin to sound desperate and she will get scared off. Just wait until you return from break (I am assuming that the break is about a week long for Thanksgiving??)

Wait!! Please god, wait, and respect her space. Her not calling back doesn't mean anything's wrong (I personally hate to talk to people from my folks' place), but it will be if you keep calling or worrying. As others have said, she's probably busy with family/friends back home, and you don't want to smother her or scare her off with the dreaded "I called you a hundred times, what's wrong? Is it me? Is it us?? Did I DO SOMETHING??"
Oy. I've broken off many a dating situation due to people calling too much and not realizing how important it is to give me a chance to miss them instead of making me dread their next call. Seriously. Relax. :)

first i know my ex (justin) kept calling the house every single time i winked. so you don't wanna be like him. you have to give her space. try to call her again tomorrow at 1:30 pm. that is the perfect time to talk because she wont be eating lunch, it'd too early to go shopping, and her family members are still probably busy.

she won't call you because you WIMPED OUT AND DIDN'T MAKE A SERIOUS MOVE
You're creeping her out now, by acting like you don't have any confidence and you're being weird.
Make a #@$^^^ move already. Be bold and forward, not wishy washy.
