I am looking at a recipe that requires me to use just the egg yolks. Can I save the egg whites to use at a later time? If yes, about how long can I keep them?

You can actually put them in zip-loc baggies & freeze them.

i think that the egg whites will fall and not be fluffy via morning. next time, in line with probability merely save the egg whites an a bowl, and whip them day after as we communicate, (once you're arranged to bake). desire this permits.

Raw or cooked? Now over 2 days.
cooked - - keep in water and has tendancy to turn color, but OK.
