I'm making a dish for Thanksgiving that contains green beans and (marinated) artichoke hearts...I'm just going to bake them with some olive oil, grated parmesan and italian bread crumbs. What are some good suggestions to add to the dish to give it a little more pizzazz.....seasonings or additional ingredients?

I would add garlic, italian seasoning, provolone cheese, and sun dried tomatoes. That sounds delicious! Very Mediterrenean~

Happy Thanksgiving to You!

Actually it sounds very good as is, depending on the marinade used for the artichoke hearts. A little fresh thyme might be good, and always check the seasonings for needing added salt and/or pepper.

I think onion and garlic goes so well with green beans, they make them stand out! I would definitely keep it simple though, sounds delicious as it is! Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving!

I'd just probably add garlic and roasted red peppers.
