My old Better Homes and Gardens cookbook says for a fully cooked ham with bone, 2-2 1/4 hrs for half, 6-8 pounds or 3- 3 1/4 hrs for whole, 12-14 pounds.
For a cook-before-eating ham with bone, 3- 3 1/4 hours for half, 6-8 pounds, and 3 1/3- 4 hours for whole, 10-12 pounds.
