Consensual tickling can be very beneficial as long as the ticklee is having fun. The reason is because when you are laughing and having fun, your brain floods your body with endorphins which reduce stress and promote healing.

It is also a great way for couples to bond. In new relationships, it is a clean form of flirting and showing that you care. In erotic relationships, tickling can be an incredible form of extended foreplay.

I always feel rejuvenated after a good, fun tickling encounter.
