i am smoking a turkey with a cranberry apple stuffing-boursin garlic mash potatoes with a giblet gravy-a sweet potatoe casserole that tastes more like dessert than a vegetable-fresh yeast rolls-and lots of other munchies and of course a little cheer-homemake eggnog with bacardi---any interest in my house or would you rather go somewhere else and thank god?
any thoughts-smile and enjoy the night

That sounds awfully good! But if I came to your house I would still be thanking God, and you too of course. So...would you have me? Or would my gratitude to God offend?

Edit: You are welcome in my home as well. :)

Well...I do the cranberry-apple stuffing myself. Everyone thinks its weird till they try it. I usually do horseradish in the potatoes. It is awesome. We do wine instead of the eggnog. It sounds good to me but the wife doesn't like it. I make an herb bread with a pepper-olive oil dip.

I haven't really decided on what else I'm making yet. But God won't show his a** around here either.

It sounds wonderful and thank you for the invitation. However, I am also starting to cook. I will be spending Thanksgiving with family and husbands family. Hope you enjoy your night also! You sound like a wonderful cook.

Actually if you look back further than the Pilgrims and the Newfoundlanders Thanks Giving is taken from a Pagan ritual feast in Britain and Europe.

I would love to join you at your house. I'd even keep quiet if you wanted to pray to a god.

We're going to help feed the hungry and needy folks (of which we are but still give our time) and we're not even Christians.

I've never smoked a turkey. Where do you get rolling papers that big?
