This is for a novel that I am writing.
This little girl is 7yrs old.. Her name is Lily. She was raised by a man named paul, who exploits her abilities for his own selfish gain.
Lily is taught to obey commands from someone she considers as poweful. She obeys Paul's every command, like a dog. She has been used to kill innocent people, even her own mother.
When Paul was arrested for kidnapping and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Lily was asleep at the time. She was taken to a childrens home. When she wakes up, she realizes that her master isnt here. She threatens to kill the other children if noone takes her to him. The staff injected some drug that calms her down. Lily doesnt want to play with the other children. She's always alone.
The other children are afraid of her, so if she see people run away from her, she gets apprehensive.
She's 7 yr old, and she can barely speak. I think the only word she can say is "Master" nothing else.

Despite being called "his pet". she actually takes that as a sign of love. She really shows affection for him. Paul is the only one she knows.
She doesnt know what a mommy or daddy is. She can't talk at all.

One detail that seemed inconsistant to me -- if she has only one word, how did she threaten to kill the other children in the home if no one told here where Paul was? I would give her a little more vocabulary, but perhaps she only says that one word except when upset (like when she realizes Paul is not there)
What she is like as a teenager may depend on the work you have her do to overcome the tramatic childhood between when Paul is arrested and her teen years. She will definately by effected by the experience, but how she deals with it will depend on how successful you make the method of how she is treated. As long as the success or failure is believable for how she turns out as a teen, you can make her react to her past how you want her to. You just need to explain in a believable way how she got there.

One word : brainwashed as for her abilities you need to figure out what they are and how did she kill her mother, she also needs to have a bigger vocab that just master if she is threatening to maim or otherwise kill some one. as for therapy what ever you choose to use it will have to be intensive so that during her teenage years she will be able to use her abilities(if she still has them) and function like a normal teenager.
