I think a nice thank your card, or a Christmas card, signed by all employees if small office or by as many employees as possible, along with a gift card for each in the amount of $25 to $40. If possible, if a manager or superviser could present it to them and thank them personally would be nice. I've worked in offices where the cleaning is sorely lacking, so if you have a good cleaning crew, they really need to be appreciated.

A gift card for a pedicure. Their dogs must be barking from being on their feet all day cleaning like that.
