Never stuff your bird the night before, always stuff it right before roasting it otherwise you run the risk of food poisoning. Make your stuffing tonight and keep it well covered and refrigerated until ready to put into your bird in the morning.

you should wait until tomorrow. Stuffing the bird early leaves the stuffing to go bad as it sits. If you have raw eggs and soggy bread, the build up of bacteria will be overwhelming as it mixes with the raw meat. Better to stuff a turkey within 20 minutes of putting it in the oven. Good luck and happy thanksgiving!!

I have been told by many chefs not to stuff a bird at all. Ever. The inside of the bird doesn't get hot enough (at least not without ruining the turkey) to kill all the bacteria. It's just asking to get really sick, which is never fun. Make your stuffing on the stove.

It is best to stuff the turkey before putting it in the oven; otherwise, there could be a problem with bacteria that might not get killed. Best to wait until the morning.

Get up early and stuff it then. Have the stuffing ready the night before. You don't need to put it in the turkey, Try putting it in a casserole pan instead. It stays crispier. I personally don't like my dressing damp.

You should stuff it tonight, so the turkey can soak up all the flavor from the stuffing. It will be extra delicious, and it will save you time in the morning to prepare other foods.
