ROFL

That just means, you don't want them to look all dried out. Stick a toothpick (or fork, as the saying goes) in the middle a couple of minutes before they're supposed to be done. It needs to come out relatively clean for them to be done. Just keep checking them every 3 minutes or so, and then take them out promptly.

If you're not going to eat them immediately, be sure to put them in an air-tight container (or put some foil over them and put them in the fridge. Brownies will get dried out quickly.

It means the batter should be consistant throughout the pan. Don't have too much of something on any one side. I suggest taking a spatula and even the brownie mix out with it, when it is in the pan.

You just need to mix it until it's blended. Don't overstir. Take them out of the oven when they're still moist in the center but done around the edges. They'll turn out perfect!

Just try to make sure the edges don't get crunch and dry looking. If it starts to pull away from edges of the pan it's good and done. Do the toothpick in the middle of it, make sure it isn't too gooey.

they arent just gooey on the top, but all the way through there is moisture and gooey goodness!!

it is best to use your best judgement when using times on the reciepes or box mixes. watch them carefully and use a toothpick to test if they are ready.

if the toothpick comes out clean, they are done. if the toothpick has batter stick to it, then you should give it another few minutes in the oven and try again!

best of luck.

The whole batch looks about the same amount of wetness over the whole thing...
Sorry I'm not very good at explaining it.

When they ALL look brown and kinda shiny on top. If you stick a toothpick in them it will come out with a little brown mix on it.

It means that the mixture is blended well, no dry spots and no soupy parts.

Hope that helps.
