My grand-daughter at 4, changes her mind weekly, one week it's Dora, the next Brattz, then it's something new. So it's difficult to buy clothing of specific merchandise, without thinking, come two weeks of wearing, is she going to say she doesn't like it no more (although she is lovely in nature, not spoilt).
My suggestion is either go to a local ' haberdashery store' and see if they sell the 'motif' to sew on, or, through the Internet, Nickelodeon, find a drawing/picture of Spongebob, download and 'save as' until you can draw a likeness, then buy some material, and sew it on the garment. you can buy iron-on materials. This can then be changed when the little-one goes onto something else. It may turn out to be less expensive and gratifying to know the cost of the dressing gown will not turn out to be a total waste of money.
hope this helps... best wishes, a friend x
