sounds like sad to me, i'm 29 and have suffered from it since i was18, i know what you mean, you feel sort of lonely, ot as happy or jolly, tireder than usual, i was really down yesterday, it was such arainy grey day but 2day was sunnier and i went onn a sunbed for the first time, im also taking st johns wort, this is the 1st time in 6 years that i havent been o n seroxat for it annd im determined not to take it, i thought i could just take it in the winter months but the withdrawal effect from the drug was unreal. i hope you find a cure and feel better soon, me, im just hoping i win the lottery and move to a hot country lol

This is not depression, everyone feels down without the sun out! Go out and find something fun to do with some friends! :o)

It probably isn't depression. But do you have alot of days like this? Try going to the mall & walk around, invite some friends over to watch some movies.

You are describing a very specific type of depression called Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). It commonly occurs during winter when the days are shorter.
