White meat with turkey. Dark meat with chicken.

I like the dark meat when it's hot, but the white meat on sandwiches with left over stuffing, and mayo.

Love the dark meat to me it is moister then the white meat but my husband disagrees. I guess it is a matter of taste

Dark but that is largely because my mother used to overcook the turkey and the white dried out first. The legs and wings were easier to eat when overdone.

Definitely dark with the mashed and stuffing, but white on sandwiches with lots of mayo and black pepper.
