When guys are flirty and they flirt with every single girl the same way, they treat me good but like every other girl. I want to be that one girl that he'll fall in love with, how am i suppose to make myself stand out to get treated good without being any other girl? You know what i mean..

You will know when a guy is more than just interested in you. That you stand out above all the other girls.
When they act like you said they do, they are not interested in anyone in particular, they are just being charming, and entertaining to give all the girls a nice time, There is nothing wrong with that.
Guys who are like that have been raised like that by their families, to take charge in family social gatherings, making sure everybody is paid attention to.
If the guy in question is really interested in you specifically, watch for clues like extra attention to you.

1st of all dont listen to any of these losers
then be yourself you want to be the center of his world stand out
dont act the same way as the others
give him that face that will let him know that u want him
try to make it obvious but to much
and have fun

show the guys that ur not like every other girl (not in a bad way), if they can't see that... they are blind and don't bother trying. there are better guys out there. good luck!!! and always be yourself, don't change who u r (especially for the worse)

there are many things you could do....
First you can flirt with otjer guys in front of him.
Second don't give him your number easy.
Third, don't ask him questions
Fourth, when he asks you a question keep the answer short, so then he will be more challenged to get to know you better.
try it and see what happens...
