If No, and If you believe in God, then how can you not believe in Slavery? Aren't we all the servants of God, And God owns our souls and bodies? Doesn't God control our lifes ( OK skip this point if you want, yeah he gave us free will!) and our fates and destinies, afterall he will decide who goes to heaven and hell???!!! Isn't this as Slavery, and yeah don't we have to work for free for the God and don't wait anything in return????

He is like the Master, and we slaves don't have to argue any of his actions.

the problem is who you are asking here, they will tell you that, their way is right, what ever little spin they put on it, people used the bible to justify huge wars, the slave trade, its just pick and choose your morality. how many christians do you see stoning gay people to death? thats what the bible says they are meant to do but they twist it to fit with what they want.

you can't win with this thinking

Well, yes, it's all around us. That doesn't make it right. There is a difference between slaves and servants. We decide whether we go to heaven or hell by our response to Him. And He gives us a lot that we could never repay Him for.
Actually, 'though God created us, it's the devil that owned us, until we as individuals allow the price Jesus paid for our salvatio to take effect in our own lives.

You are either a slave to God or satan, if you are not living for God , you are living for satan, whether you like it or not. You will always have to answer to someone in this life, even if you deny the former statement. God gives everything in return, do not speak bad about Someone, you obviously know nothing about. I do not see myself as slave to God, I am His child, He is my Heavenly Father, I obey Him because He loves me, and He knows what is best for me, if that is a slave, I thank God He opened my eyes to Him, because before, I was a slave of satan.

Nope dont believe in it but see where you are coming with your question and ideas.

You could say we are slaves every day in every way of our lives though too not just religiously.

We are slaves to the companies we have to pay bills to, we are slaves to landlords, we are slaves to work and the bosses there. We are slaves to our kids, etc.

List could go on forever.

Yes but only if the slaves have equal rights to their master.

A servant and a slave are two very different things. A servant chooses to submit themselves, and is free to leave at any time. A slave has no choice.

Christians are servants, not slaves.

And just like we get something in return for paying our bills. Christ in return he gives us: joy in the morning and at night, he comes to comfort us when we are in pain. As a matter of fact in way Christ is our servant because he responds to us. He died so that we could have life, and rose on the third but in return he wants us to introduce him to others that are lost and let him do the rest from there. Just like we would love to be your friend and for you to tell everything that is bothering and wrong in your life. From your work life, to your love life, and your family problems, financial problems. He wants you to surrender everything to him. And for you make him Lord and Savior.

i don't think that any person (or god) has a right to impose their will on another.

but then again i believe that any person (including god) has an absolute right to choose to forego their liberty in the service of someone they love more than themself.

if christians choose to devote their lives to god, that is their business - not yours.

Certainly do. God is love. You are either a slave to love or a slave to ideas, things, or other people.
