As long as it does not interfere with your Military duties. You are allowed to have a second job while in the Military as long as the job does not interfere with your duties. I highly doubt Blackwater would hire a current Active Duty personnel, unless that person is getting ready to be honorably discharged.

Yes and No. You will be given an early release from the service for the convenience of the service. Usually this is done for covert operations. You need to have skills and training not easily obtained to make the change of status necessary. I know personally of four people who did this. They went to work for the CIA.....two were killed.....one severely crippled.......only one escaped physically.....
