It has been known to happen. As far as I'm concerned, tazers are not justified unless a person is violent.

1/10 of an amp can kill Electricity is a mysterious and perplexing energy and tazers have been implemented into the public without prior test only theory so if 1/10 of an amp can kill believe me a tazer gun with 750000 volts. Think of it this way if you had to tazer a 60 year old woman would you do it and have 100% confidence of not killing that person, If you can answer yes to that then ok.

It is medically possible, with certain heart problems, and the right location of the taser. But in general, it is considered very safe against long term injuries. It is certainly more safe then an actual struggle that might come without a taser.

It's possible but then, if it does then there's no big loss. they shouldn't have done anything that caused the cop to shoot it.
