Depends where the piercing is.

If it's visible to the general public, the it probably violates the airlines employee grooming standards. Applies to flight attendants and counter staff also.

Yes, airline pilots can have piercings. But I would venture to say that most airline pilots are not Losers who want to poke holes all over their faces and other places.

They would rather poke holes in the flight attendants.
