AT stands for Alpine Touring...not All-Terrain.
Most regular ski boots will fit in almost any AT binding. AT boots, however, are designed with the idea that they will also be used w/o skis at times. AT boots have (usually) rubber soles and are easier to walk in than standard ski boots.
The question is, why do you need them? Unless you plan to buy climbing skins and ski in non-lift service areas, you really don't need them.
No offense, but if you don't know what AT bindings are then you shouldn't be using them. I don't discourage anyone from skiing out-of-bounds, but get the right gear, info, know-how, and experience before you do so.
Overall, I find AT bindings are getting better than they used to be, but still are the worse parts of two worlds. They still aren't as sturdy as regular bindings and they are harder to use in "tour" mode than telemark bindings.

Look at the jester.
You have no reason to get the Duke if you don't know what AT stands for and you're just wasting money and adding unnessecary weight..Duke's are beefy as hell and heavy, so unless you're going BC there's no need for them.. The Jester is the same binding, but lighter and without the touring capability.
And based on your question, I feel pretty comfortable that you're not hitting the backcountry and just want the duke because it's THE binding to have this year and you heard good things.
It's absolutely unnessecary for you though.
But yes, your regular alpine boots are fully compatible with the Dukes.

Most of them don't, but the marker duke is one of the few that accepts regular alpine boots. If you don't really need a/t bindings, you might want to look at the marker jester. It is similar to the duke and has the same wide footprint, but it's a regular alpine binding.

After looking at it...I don't see why it wouldn't work fine with your Alpine boots.
Looks like a great binding for short hits.
