buy him some good cologne! somethin like burberry or one of my fav is Acqua di Gio you can find it at macy's

On the 360, here are the top picks based on what he is into:
If he enjoys RPG's (games with logn quests, character building, and lots of options): then Mass Effect.
If he enjoys shooter games, then my first recommendation is Bioshock. if he has this, then Halo 3 is a good pick as well.
If he enjoys driving arcade games then I personally think Stuntman is a blast.
If he enjoys driving simulation games the Forza 4 just came out, and is a very technical racer.
If he enjoys soccer, you may also consider getting him the FIFA 2008 game on 360 (if he doesn't already have it).
For colognes, I recommend Obsession - I haven't met a girl who doesn't like it =)

My Boyf is 26 and this is what i got him for the last 2 b-days
25th - concert tickets to a good band
26th - a robe and a surprise party with old friends at the bar. he loved that one :)
I am thinking about getting him ROCKBAND (xbox) for christmas. We just bought guitar HERO 3. oh, he loves Halo so thats a pretty safe bet too. Assasians Creed is also supposed to be good.

-well if he's a gamer get him something he doesnt have and may mentioned. or since he likes soccer get him a fifa game. depends on what kind of games hes into rpg, shooter, puzzle, racing, action, sports...............
-a subscription to a magazine
-a nice hoody for winter
-pair of kicks, some new shoes
-cologne, i dont know about that. im a smoker and i cant much smell things so good anymore lol

For cologne--it depends on what you want to smell on him. I personally like the cool water colognes by davidoff and dolce and gabbana for men. Go to a department store like Macy's, Dillards...etc. and find out what scent you want to smell on him.
Does he watch professional soccer? Maybe buy him tickets to a game and go with him (even if you don't like soccer).

Do you know his favorite sports team? Maybe you could get him a jersey or cap of it. Or tickets to a upcoming game.
As for the 360, just look around for a shot-em-up, fighting or sports game. Almost every guy would kill for a good game like that.
