It's seems there's a lot of discussion on many of the sins we commit - murder, slander, adultery, etc. But can you list some sins of omission - things we don't do that we should?

Failure to do as Jesus says we should do for each other and the widows, orphans, and people in prison.

Sins of ommisions are sins you committed without the knowledge that they were wrong. Use your own imagination on where this would be applied. But I would say praying for things for yourself when God already has a plan is kind of a bad example but gets the point across. Finding out you shouldn't see a psychic after you see one is a great example.

Classic example: the two religious people who did not help the mugged man in Jesus' parable of the good Samaritan.

Jesus gives us an example in Matthew 25:42-43
For I was hungry and you didn't feed me. I was thirsty, and you didn't give me anything to drink. I was a stranger, and you didn't invite me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me no clothing. I was sick and in prison, and you didn't visit me.
