I think of Nazis, skinheads. I went to visit my sister-in-law last summer in Laramie, Wyoming where she goes to college. Well we went to the gas station and we saw this guy come out of the bait shop/gas station, who was bald, with tattoos all over his neck and arms. He had a swastika on each forearm. It scared me.

So, I never think of Hindus cause the Nazis turned something so beautiful into something that's saturated with hatred for their fellow man. It's pitiful.

The Swastika was the symbol of the Hebrews not the Hindus. I think of Nazis.

Nazi's.

Growing up, my father, a former member of the Gestapo, had many antique plates and flag, uniforms and banners, which he kept in our basement. They were all items used by the Gestapo, some during war time and others during the Nuremberg Rallies. I assume that he had hidden and smuggled them out of Germany after the fall of the Reich.

There's no way I can ever get over the affect the swastika has had on my life.

Nazis' unfortunantly. I know it's a religious symbols to some, but the Nazis' screwed it up/. And why do I think of them first? I'm very interested in the WW II Nazi Germany period, and what those damned Nazis' did to the poor Jews. That's why.

Sorry luv, it's the Nazis...but I do remember going on a trip to the temple and seeing a swastika there, and I was like...huh?

Trust the bloody superpowers and their gangs to steal from the East and glorify it their own sodding bloodbaths.

Nazis, because I am from a country that participated in WWII.

It does depend on the context that I see it within, mind you. If I see it in the brick work of a house built in 1900 (very common here) I don't think Nazis.

Nazis. They did a much more effective job of "marketing" the symbol.

Nazis. That was the symbol the chose and the horror of their crimes is something we all know about.
