Depends on where and for what you are talking about, and why it was ordered.
Generally, it just means that they are observed for a period of time for any signs of illness and disease.

Usually aniamls are quarintined for diseases, and some times behavior problems...for example adog that may have bit someone may be quarintined for an certain amount of days to be sure no rabies or what ever disese will show its self or test results come in.. they would be left by itself in a kennel/crate bythemsleves so they dont infect anyone elsewhile waiting, better safe than sorry.

If the two animals have been loose in the line i assume no longer something will take place yet whilst the cat grew to become into on its proprietors sources I think of they're going to document the dogs and your sister in regulation gets a quotation and with a bit of luck no greater advantageous than a stern warning. Your sister in regulation might desire to step as much as the plate and take appropriate care of the canines. tell her to ask her husband whilst the canines have been vaccinated. in the event that they at the instant are due she might desire to take them to the vet. If there is not any checklist of the vaccinations i think of she would be able to be in worry and the dogs may be seized. I think of those canines are registered along with your County the two which will reason greater worry.

They are stuck in a cage suitable for their size and fed and watered as well as cleaned up after for a certain period of time but they are allowed no contact with humans or other animals while they are observed for signs of disease.

Quarantined how/where? Like if you go overseas and they quarantine the dog?... Or in a shelter? Or are you wondering how to quarantine a dog in your home?
