Go to the mall, most stores will be hiring holiday help. Make sure to take all your previous employment/education history with you so you can quickly fill out the applications, or bring them home with you and take them back the next day.

Retail stores, at the mall or standalone. But you're a little late - most have already done their holiday hiring.
